Le présent accord-cadre porte sur les prestations d'entretien ménager (lot n°1) et de nettoyage de la vitrerie (lot n°2) dans les bâtiments de la Ville et du CCAS de Brignais. Sur le lot n°1, deux types de prestations sont distinguées : - les sites intégralement externalisés - les remplacements ponctuels des agents communaux (congés, arrêts maladie, formation, etc.). Les entités de la Ville et du CCAS de Brignais ont constitué un groupement de commandes, conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique, par convention signée en date 12 mars 2026. La ville de Brignais est coordonnateur du groupement en charge de procéder à la mise en concurrence jusqu'à la signature et la notification du marché. Chaque membre du groupement est ensuite en charge de l'exécution à hauteur de ses besoins propres et du règlement des prestations. Néanmoins, ce groupement (partie CCAS uniquement) sera certainement remis en cause du fait du transfert de gestion de la résidence Les Arcades, seules prestations relevant du CCAS dans ce contrat, programmé dans les prochaines années. Il s'agit d'une relance de la publication parue le 27 mars 2026, suite à déclaration sans suite prononcée par décision du Maire n°ST 030-2026 en date du 22/05/2026, en tant que coordonnateur du groupement. Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
