Description succincte : Le présent marché est un marché global sectoriel portant sur le démantèlement, la conception, la fabrication et l’installation de 2 cabines peinture pour la division radômes & composite de l'AIA-CP. Le futur marché comprendra : -La conception, fabrication, transport, installation et mise en service de 2 cabines de peinture (manuelle et robotisée) de dimensions utiles de l’ordre de 4m x 4m x 4m chacune, d’un petit laboratoire de préparation peinture ainsi que la fourniture de la documentation et des formations associées, Les travaux de génie civil nécessaires : - Le démontage et l’évacuation des installations existantes (citerne et chaudière au fioul, cabine de peinture manuelle, SAS et laboratoire de préparation peinture), - La préparation du support : dalle, etc. - La réalisation et mis en place d’une structure de protection légèrement ventilée avec charpente métallique et bardage avec simple isolation (pour que les cabines soient hors d’eau hors d’air), ainsi que les fondations associées, - Les raccordements aux réseaux nécessaires.
