La consultation concerne la prestation suivante : Maintenance des installations thermiques chauffage ventilation sur les sites de l'Université de Rennes - Lieux d'exécution des prestations : Sites de Rennes, IUT de Lannion et ENSATT de Lannion, IUT de Saint-Brieuc, IUT de Saint-Malo, Station Biologique de Paimpont suivant le besoin défini au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP n° 2026027AOS). Appel d'offres ouvert européen en application du code de la commande publique Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 pour conclusion de cinq accords-cadres mono-attributaires à bons de commande sans minimum et intégrant un maximum, qui s'exécuteront au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande successifs pendant la durée d'exécution des prestations suivant les dispositions des articles R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Le présent appel d'offres comporte 5 lots traités par marchés séparés : lot 1 Prestation P2 : IUT de Lannion et ENSATT de Lannion, lot 2 Prestation P2 : IUT de Saint-Brieuc, lot 3 Prestation P2 : IUT de Saint-Malo, lot 4 Prestation P2 : Sites de Rennes, lot 5 Prestation P1 et P2 : Station Biologique de Paimpont suivant la décomposition de l'article 3.2 du règlement de la consultation. L'accord-cadre entre en vigueur le 4 octobre 2026 ou à compter de la date de sa notification, si celle-ci est postérieure au 4 octobre 2026. Les variantes pour prestations alternatives sont autorisées. Les candidats peuvent proposer des variantes de prestations supplémentaires à leur initiative.
