Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande avec un seuil de commande minimum et maximum scindés en 2 lots en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Chaque lot constituant un accord-cadre qui est conclu pour une durée ferme de 3 ans à compter de la notification du marché. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les quantités estimées au BPU/DQE correspondent aux quantités estimées sur la durée du contrat. Celles-ci sont données à titre indicatif pour permettre aux candidats de dimensionner leur offre et permettre à Tisséo, une comparaison des offres reçues. Ces quantités ne pourront pas être opposées à Tisséo comme valant engagement de commande. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.
