Le présent marché a pour objet principal l’élaboration des documents d’urbanisme de Troyes Champagne Métropole notamment le relance du lot n° 2 concernant l’élaboration d’un Plan Local d’Urbanisme Intercommunal de Troyes Champagne Métropole. Conformément à l’article R.2113-4 du Code de la Commande Publique, les prestations du marché font l'objet d’une tranche ferme et 2 tranches optionnelles définies comme suit : Tranche ferme : Etude PLUI, Diagnostic agricole et Evaluation environnementale du PLUI -Étude du PLUI comprenant le diagnostic, la rédaction des pièces, rapport de présentation, PADD, règlement, planches graphiques, OAP, annexes ; -Diagnostic agricole dont la synthèse sera intégrée au rapport de présentation du PLUi (le diagnostic complet sera annexé au rapport de présentation). -Évaluation environnementale du PLUi.
