DUREE ET DELAIS D'EXECUTION : Chaque lot sera conclu pour une période initiale de 4 ans, à compter du 01 janvier 2027 et jusqu'au 31 décembre 2030 inclus. A l'issue de la période initiale, chaque lot pourra être reconduit tacitement 2 ans. La durée maximale, toutes périodes confondues, est de 6 ans (jusqu'au 31 décembre 2032 inclus). La reconduction sera considérée comme acceptée si aucune décision écrite contraire n'est prise par le pouvoir adjudicateur au moins 6 mois avant la fin de la durée de validité du contrat. Le titulaire ne pourra pas refuser la reconduction.
