La présente consultation concerne la fourniture de matériels et matériaux pour les services techniques municipaux. La procédure de passation est l’appel d’offres ouvert soumis aux dispositions des articles R2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. L’accord-cadre est à bons de commande sans minimum et avec un maximum, passé en application des articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Les bons de commande seront notifiés par le pouvoir adjudicateur au fur et à mesure des besoins. Le marché est conclu à prix unitaires sur la base des prix unitaires indiqués dans le bordereau des prix unitaires. Pour la satisfaction de besoins occasionnels ou spécifiques hors bordereau des prix (BPU), lors de la remise des offres, les titulaires devront transmettre un (des) catalogue(s) concernant les catégories de matériels définis dans le bordereau des prix unitaires avec le(s) tarif(s) publics qu’ils proposent et sur lesquels il sera fait application du taux de remise précisé à l’acte d’engagement. Chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Les prestations sont réparties en 9 lots. Les candidatures conformes et recevables seront examinées, à partir des seuls renseignements et documents exigés dans le cadre de cette consultation, pour évaluer leur situation juridique ainsi que leurs capacités professionnelles, techniques et financières.
