L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le marché est découpé en 5 lots. Les lots 1, 2, 4 et 5, seront chacun attribués à un seul opérateur économique. Le lot n°3 sera attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques. Les principales thématiques sont la conduite, la sécurité électrique et chimique, la manutention, les risques amiante et explosion ainsi que le travail en hauteur et en espace confiné. Les formations sont à destination des agents des membres du groupement de commande. Cette demande répond aux axes de formation du plan de formation des collectivités, ainsi qu'aux obligations de tout employeur territorial en matière de sécurité
