La présente consultation est passée sous la forme d’un appel d’offres ouvert conformément aux articles R2124-2 1° et R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L’accord-cadre comporte 2 lots. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre multi-attributaire (2 opérateurs économiques retenus) à émission de bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum sur toute la durée de l’accord-cadre, en application de l'article R2162-4 2° du Code de la commande publique.
