Le présent avis vise à mettre en place un accord cadre à bon de commande avec un montant minimum avec un montant maximum mono-attributaire de 1 310 000 € hors taxes pour la durée totale de l’accord-cadre. L’accord-cadre a pour objet de définir les conditions et modalités de réalisation de prestations relatives à la tierce maintenance applicative des applications Alain, Matys2 et Dynamo, tels que décrits au Cahier des Charges (CDC – Annexe 2) et au Plan Assurance Qualité Maintenance (PAQM- Annexe 3). L'accord-cadre sera conclu pour une durée maximum de 60 mois et se décompose de la manière suivante : Durée initiale de 36 mois à compter de la notification du premier Ordre de Livraison et de Service (OLS). Sauf dénonciation écrite adressée par la RATP avec un préavis de 2 mois, il sera tacitement reconduit pour 2 périodes de 12 mois chacune.
