This tender concerns statutory audit services for the certification of annual accounts of the ANCT (French National Agency for Territorial Cohesion) for the financial years 2026–2031. The successful firm will conduct legal audits and provide audit opinions on the organization's annual financial statements over a six-year period.

Bidders must be qualified statutory auditors or audit firms registered and authorized to perform legal audit missions in France. They should have proven experience in auditing public sector or semi-public entities and demonstrate competence in financial statement certification.

Statutory audit firms or individual chartered accountants (commissaires aux comptes) registered with French regulatory bodies and holding the necessary credentials to conduct legal audits of public organizations.

The buyer is ANCT.
