Travaux de reconstruction d'une résidence pour personnes âgées de 96 chambres. Le projet prévoit la construction de nouveaux bâtiments afin de transférer les activités de l'ancien EHPAD du site à proximité immédiate de l'actuelle MAS de la Gilquinière. Principal bâtiment de 3 niveaux : RDC à R+2. Espaces communs sur le niveau RDC (restauration, commerces …). L'opération se situe dans le complexe du GHU Perray-Vaucluse, site historique spécialisé dans la psychiatrie française et datant du milieu du XIXe siècle, à Epinay-sur-Orge dans le département de l'Essonne (91). Le site est à proximité du Parc Naturel du Perray et de la Gare RER de Sainte-Geneviève des Bois. Le projet s’inscrit dans une démarche environnementale forte, dans le cadre des objectifs de développement durable (réglementation, certification et labels, démarche BDF…). Le maître d’ouvrage a décidé de faire application des dispositions de l'article L2112-2 du Code de la Commande Publique, en incluant dans le cahier des charges une clause sociale d'insertion obligatoire pour les lots n°1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 et 7. Il a également décidé de recourir à une démarche de modélisation des informations du bâtiment (BIM) justifiée par la complexité du projet et les objectifs d’amélioration de la qualité, de la coordination, et de maîtrise des coûts et délais.
