Le présent marché a pour objet de rénover un immeuble à usage de bureaux situé au 42, rue d'Anjou - 75008 Paris, d'une surface de 4600m2, afin de valoriser ses prestations et de le mettre au niveau des normes techniques et environnementales actuelles. Cet immeuble est composé d'un hôtel particulier historique de cinq étages et d'une aile plus récente de six étages. Un jardin, ainsi qu'un parking en sous-sol de 80 places de stationnement viennent compléter ce bien. Le parking restera en fonctionnement durant les travaux.
