Suite à la résiliation du présent lot, il a été décidé de procéder à la relance du lot n°13 relatif aux travaux du théâtre. Cette démarche vise à assurer la continuité du projet dans les meilleurs délais, en permettant la désignation d'un nouveau titulaire pour l'exécution des prestations restantes. De ce fait, il est nécessaire de relancer une nouvelle procédure afin d'attribuer le lot n°13 « CVC/PLOMBERIE » à un nouvel opérateur économique. L'enveloppe budgétaire prévisionnelle (non contractuelle) pour le présent projet dans sa totalité s'élève à 28 528 010,00 euro(s) HT. L'enveloppe budgétaire prévisionnelle (non contractuelle) pour le présent lot n°13 s'élève à 2 464 576,00 euro(s) HT. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique
