La prestation consiste dans l'organisation de transports de colis, à températures ambiante ou dirigée, pour les besoins du Laboratoire de l'Environnement et de l'Alimentation de la Vendée. Le transport des échantillons préalablement conditionnés s'effectuera par route. La prestation comprend également les opérations de chargement, d'arrimage et de déchargement aux points de collecte et de livraison. Il s'agit d'accords-cadres mono-attributaires et entièrement exécutés à bons de commande, qui seront conclus sans minimum et avec un montant maximum défini par lot pour une durée de 4 ans. Les montants maximum sont détaillés à la rubrique "Lots" du présent avis. Date prévisionnelle de début d'exécution des prestations : début octobre 2026
