L'objectif du marché est la fourniture de sacs translucides en polyéthylène (PEBD) destinés aux agents de nettoiement et à la mise en place sur les contenants de propreté pour le ramassage des déchets urbains sur le territoire de la Métropole de Lyon. Ces sacs sont destinés à être utilisés dans des porte-sacs ou à se substituer aux corbeilles de propreté dans le cadre de la mise en oeuvre éventuel du plan Vigipirate et ce, à la demande du Préfet ou dans le cadre d'évènements exceptionnels. Les sacs translucides jaune sont également utilisés pour le tri des déchets effectué par les cantonniers. Les sacs en papier sont destinés aux agents de nettoiement pour le ramassage des déchets urbains végétaux sur le territoire de la Métropole de Lyon
