L'objet de ce marché porte sur la mise en oeuvre des missions définies dans le cadre du Pacte territorial France Rénov' de la Communauté de Communes Val de Cher Controis (CCV2C). Dans le cadre du Service Public de la Rénovation de l'Habitat (SPRH), la Communauté de Communes Val de Cher Controis a en effet décidé de proposer une offre d'accompagnement des ménages et des professionnels à la hauteur des objectifs et des enjeux du territoire en matière d'habitat privé.
