La présente consultation concerne un groupement de commandes relatif aux vérifications périodiques obligatoires des installations techniques dans les établissements recevant du public pour Vichy Communauté, et les villes de Vichy, Cusset, et Bellerive S/Allier. Le présent accord est composé de 3 lots distincts. Le coordonnateur de la présente consultation est la Communauté d'Agglomération Vichy Communauté. A ce titre, le Coordonnateur est chargé de procéder, dans le respect des dispositions légales et règlementaires applicables aux marchés publics, à l'organisation de l'ensemble des opérations de sélection d'un ou plusieurs cocontractants, et ce jusqu'à la notification des contrats correspondants. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté sur la base de prestations forfaitaires et sur la base de prestations hors forfait .
