This tender concerns a framework agreement for leak detection services on drinking water networks operated under concession by BRLE Exploitation. The agreement is multi-supplier (maximum 2 suppliers) and will be executed through purchase orders.

Suppliers must have expertise in water network leak detection and maintenance services. They should be capable of working on concession-operated potable water infrastructure.

Companies specializing in water utility services, leak detection, and network maintenance should bid. Experience with concession-operated water systems is preferred.

The buyer is BRLE.
