Le présent marché porte sur la réalisation de prestations de Maîtrise d'uvre, d'Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage et prestations assimilées dans le cadre du programme HORUS de refonte du système d'information de la CRPNPAC, pour les deux phases suivantes : Phase 3 - Fonctions Gestion des carrières (tranche ferme) ; Phase 4 - Fonctions Paiements, liquidation des droits et pensions (tranche optionnelle). Chaque phase constitue un projet complet et indépendant aboutissant à une mise en production.
