This tender concerns the operation and maintenance of collective thermal heating installations across BATIGERE's property portfolio in the Grand Est region. Three contract models are proposed: Temperature Markets (MT) for energy management, Meter Markets (MC) for metering services, and Fixed-Fee Services (PF) with performance incentives.

Suppliers must have proven experience in operating collective heating systems and thermal installations. Technical competence in heating network management, metering, and maintenance services is essential.

Companies specializing in thermal energy management and collective heating system operation should apply. Experience with large-scale residential heating networks is required.
