Le présent marché, non alloti, porte sur la location et l'installation de matériels et équipements de branchement électrique destinés aux services organisateurs d'événements temporaires programmés par la Ville de Nîmes. Les prestations font l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande, conclu avec un opérateur, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum en valeur. Les livraisons et prestations s'exécuteront au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande et seront réglées selon les prix du Bordereau des Prix Unitaires. Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois à compter de sa date de notification . Il est reconductible trois fois par période d'un an chacune, dans les mêmes conditions.
