Les travaux font l'objet d'une tranche unique et fait l'objet de 14 lots qui seront traités en marchés séparés. Les marchés sont conclus sur prix global et forfaitaire. Les prix sont révisables. Les variantes à l'initiative du candidat sont autorisées dans la limite de 3 variantes par lot. Des prestations supplémentaires éventuelles doivent être chiffrées pour les entreprises candidatant aux lots 1, 3 et 8 PSE 01 - Lot 01 : GO - Peinture de type PLIOLITE en sous face des balcons et loggias PSE 02 - Lot 03 : Couverture - Végétalisation de la toiture PSE 03 - Lot 08 : Peinture - Peinture de propreté dans les cavettes PSE 04 - Lot 08 : Peinture - Revêtement vinylique mural dans les parties communes En application de l'article 2112-2 du CCP, tous les lots à l'exception des lots 2,3 et 12 de la présente consultation comportent une action d'insertion sociale par l'activité économique.
