Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de service de maintenance des installations de sécurité incendie pour le patrimoine de Logial-COOP, hors IGH et hors patrimoine situé sur la commune du Kremlin-Bicêtre. Il comporte une partie traitée à prix unitaires et une partie traitée à prix forfaitaires. L'exécution des prestations est soumise à une obligation de résultat. Le Titulaire devra donc mettre en oeuvre tous les moyens nécessaires à l'obtention de la garantie de résultat. Le patrimoine concerné par le présent accord-cadre est décrit en annexe 1 du C.C.T.P. Les conditions d'exécution sont davantage décrites dans l'ensemble des pièces du dossier de consultation ainsi que dans les CCTP commun aux deux lots.
