Cet accord cadre concerne les territoire national et alloti en 2 lots géograhiques. Les modalités d'attribution des bons de commandes se feront via des marchés subséquents pour tout besoin supérieur à 100 000 € (Cf Projet de contrat). Pour les besoins inférieurs à 100 000 €, les Bons de commandes seront attribués en priorité au Titulaire de l’accord-cadre ayant remis l’offre économiquement la plus avantageuse selon une répartition définie dans le projet de contrat entre les 4 titulaires.
