La présente consultation est lancée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert définie aux articles R2123-1, R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. A titre indicatif, les travaux devraient commencer en novembre 2026. Le Département de la Sarthe, dans un souci de promotion de l'emploi et de lutte contre l'exclusion, a décidé de faire application des dispositions des articles L. 2112-2 du Code de la Commande publique en incluant dans le cahier des charges de ce marché une clause obligatoire de promotion de l'emploi. La visite est très fortement recommandée pour tous les lots car il s'agit d'une intervention sur des ouvrages existant avec réemploi et possible aux dates suivantes : - 24 juin de 9h30 à 11h30 - 2 juillet de 14h30 à 16h30.
