La présente consultation concerne la réalisation de prestations de nettoyage des locaux et de la vitrerie basse dans divers bâtiments communaux. Le présent marché est passé selon la procédure de l’appel d’offres ouvert conformément aux dispositions des articles R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Une partie sera exécutée via un accord-cadre à bons de commande, avec un montant maximum, conformément aux articles R2162-1 à 6 du Code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. Il consiste en un contrat conclu entre la Ville d’Illzach, pouvoir adjudicateur, et un seul opérateur économique ayant pour objet d’établir les règles relatives aux bons de commande à émettre au cours d’une période donnée. Sur le fondement de cet accord-cadre, les futurs bons de commande ont vocation à être conclus sans remise en concurrence, et au fur et à mesure de la survenance des besoins.
