Pour ce faire, il convient d'enrichir le fonds documentaire des services des Médiathèques Cismonte et Pumonte qui ont vocation à le mettre à disposition gratuitement de l'ensemble des membres de son réseau constitués de bibliothèques et médiathèques territoriales régionales, intercommunales et communales, de relais-lecture et dépôts-mairie, bibliothèques associatives, écoles et structures de santé (EHPAD et hôpitaux).
