Fourniture de vaisselle de collectivité et de matériels de cuisson pour cuisine centrale pour le GHT centre Franche-Comté L’accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture de matériel hôtelier réutilisable, de bacs gastronormes, de petit électroménager et d'accessoires de restauration pour le CHU. Il vise à assurer leur réapprovisionnement courant et leur renouvellement. La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande.
