La présente consultation a pour objet : Le site internet institutionnel de la Ville d'Asnières-sur-Seine a connu sa dernière refonte graphique et fonctionnelle en 2023. Géré par un prestataire placé en liquidation judiciaire le 27 mars 2025, il a fait l'objet d'une consultation lancée en urgence ayant abouti à la sélection de deux prestataires pour organiser la reprise du site, son optimisation (mises à jour, sécurisation, accessibilité, corrections de bugs), ainsi que l'hébergement et la maintenance du CMS TYPO3 pour une durée d'un an. Au cours de cette période transitoire, le prestataire infogérant et le prestataire applicatif TYPO3 ont rétabli une version fonctionnelle et pleinement accessible du site, axée sur sa sécurisation et sa conformité aux référentiels et obligations légales de la collectivité. Le site dispose ainsi d'un socle solide et ne nécessite pas d'intervention à caractère urgent. La collectivité est par ailleurs couverte par une extension de garantie ELTS de sa version actuelle de TYPO3 jusqu'en octobre 2026.
