Description des prestations : mission de base (art L2431-3 du Ccp) + Exe + CSSI + OPC pour le bâtiment de services qui permettra : - Dans un premier temps, de satisfaire aux exigences d'accueil des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de 2030, tout en intégrant des services de proximité tels qu'une crèche et un centre de loisirs. - Dans un second temps, une reconversion partielle des locaux post-compétitions (agrandissement de l'office de tourisme, aménagement d'une médiathèque, pôle multimodal et places de stationnement) sera engagée. Et pour l'aménagement du coeur de village : la requalification de la place du village (espace piéton et paysagé), une place belvédère polyvalente et la création d'un lien fort entre le village et l'espace Grand-Bo (passerelle sur le Borne) ; Les espaces du bâtiment multi-services doivent être adaptés pour permettre une forte réversibilité entre les usages JOP et post JOP. Le montant prévisionnel des travaux est estimé à 14 M euro(s) HT (valeur décembre 2024). La durée prévisionnelle de la mission est de 50 mois y compris GPA Livraison impérative du projet fin 2028
