Le bâtiment d’Intervention rapide aura pour but de traiter les déposes d’organe sous caisse, ainsi que d’intervenir localement sur une rame en toiture. Pour des contraintes de planning, le projet sera scindé en 2 phases : Phase 1 : L’étude et la mise en service du bâtiment rapide (BIR) La mise en service des équipements Le pré-équipement de l’alimentation électrique des trains : étude caténaire par la MOEG, piquetage, caténaire escamotable, caténaire en amont et en aval du bâtiment. (Validation des études par Réseau) Phase 2 : Raccordement et paramétrage du poste (programme par Réseau) et mise en service de la caténaire. L’asservissement de l’ensemble des équipements se fera avec l’appui de M2IO sous pilotage de la MOEG. Les documents joints (DCE et pièces marchés) sont transmis à titre indicatif. Le candidat ne doit pas transmettre d'offre à ce stade de la consultation.
