Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la location et l'aménagement de stands pour les différentes foires et salons impliquant la Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur en Région, en France, en Europe et à l'international. Lot 1 : Location et Aménagement d'un stand modulaire Lot 2 : Location et Aménagement d'un stand traditionnel La définition précise du besoin figure dans le CCTP Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre au sens des articles R. 2162-2 et suivants du Code de la commande publique conclu avec un opérateur économique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté en partie par la conclusion de marchés subséquents et en partie par l'émission de bons de commande conformément à l'article R2162-3 du code de la commande publique. Les modalités d'attribution des marchés subséquents et d'émission des bons de commande figurent au CCAP. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots qui feront l'objet de marchés séparés. -Pour le lot 1 : Location et Aménagement d'un stand modulaire : Le montant minimum annuel du marché est fixé à 10 000 euro(s) HT.
