La demande a pour objet la mise place d'un service de médiation et d'information de proximité dans le cadre des travaux de la ligne de bus TZen 2 en Seine-et-Marne, entre Lieusaint et le pôle d'échange multimodal de Melun.
MISE EN PLACE D’UN SERVICE DE MEDIATION ET D’INFORMATION DE PROXIMITE DANS LE CADRE DES TRAVAUX DE LA LIGNE DE BUS TZEN 2
La procédure utilisée est l’appel d'offres ouvert européen en application des articles R.2124-2 1° du Code de la Commande Publique. Le marché mono-attributaire est consenti avec un montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel, en application des articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-1, R.2162-4, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le présent marché comporte une partie à prix global et forfaitaire ainsi qu’une partie à bons de commande, exécutés au fur et à mesure de la survenance des besoins. Le marché est passé avec un minimum annuel et un maximum annuel , pour la durée initiale du marché et pour chaque éventuelle reconduction, de la manière suivante : minimum annuel 100 000 euros TTC et maximum annuel 215 000 euros TTC. Le présent marché fait l'objet d'un lot unique
- PriceCritère 1 : Prix des prestations, noté sur 60 points, jugé au regard de la Décomposition des Prix Globaux et Forfaitaires (DPGF) et du montant en euros TTC du Détail Quantitatif Estimatif (DQE) complétés par les soumissionnaires.
- QualityCritère 2 : Valeur technique, notée sur 40 points, jugée au regard des éléments fournis dans le mémoire technique des soumissionnaires complété conformément à ce qui est attendu dans le règlement de la consultation.
