La présente consultation concerne un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents pour l’achat de véhicules légers. Conformément à l'article L2113-6 du Code de la commande publique, un groupement de commandes peut être constitué entre un ou plusieurs acheteurs. Un groupement composé de la Ville d'Epernay, du CCAS d’Epernay et de la Communauté d’Agglomération Epernay, Coteaux et Plaine de Champagne a été constitué pour la passation du présent accord-cadre. La Ville d'Epernay est désignée comme coordonnateur du groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-12 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Les prestations sont réparties en 3 lots.
