Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Le présent marché vise à réduire les consommations d'énergie. Aussi, l'Exploitant s'engage, au titre des prestations P1 à être acteur de la sobriété énergétique de la Ville et au titre des prestations P3 de gros entretien et de renouvellement des équipements, à réaliser les investissements permettant de diminuer les coûts d'utilisation d'une part, et poursuivre la stratégie carbone d'autre part. Il est ainsi entendu par « renouvellement des équipements » le remplacement du matériel vétuste par du matériel plus performant permettant une réduction des dépenses d'énergie et la diminution des émissions de gaz à effet de serre. La prestation « P5 » est relative à tous les travaux non compris dans les forfaits P1, P2,et P3 mais pour lesquels : - Les travaux ne sont pas prévus aux marchés et n'entrent pas dans le cadre du forfait, auquel cas le Maître d'Ouvrage peut établir un Bon de Commande spécifique en s'appuyant sur le cadre contractuel spécifié au Bordereau des Prix Unitaire (BPU) - P5BPU.
