La présente consultation est lancée par l'établissement support du Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT) Drôme Ardèche Vercors conformément aux dispositions de l'article R.6132-16 du Code de la santé publique. Elle concerne les Hôpitaux Drôme Nord. La consultation a pour objet la prestation de transports sanitaires terrestres couchés et transports assis professionnalisés au départ du site de Romans et du site de St Vallier et intra-établissement entre le site de Romans et le site de St Vallier. --- Forme du contrat Le marché est un accord-cadre à bons de commande au sens du 1° de l'article L2125-1 du Code de la commande publique, il est soumis aux dispositions des articles R2121-8, 2162-1 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code susmentionné. L'accord-cadre est alloti. Cet accord-cadre est sans minimum mais avec des maximums (article 5.1 du règlement de la consultation)
