Le présent marché a pour objet de confier une mission de maîtrise d'œuvre relative à la construction du Pôle d'Excellence Montpellier Vine & Wine Sciences sur le campus de La Gaillarde à Montpellier, sous maîtrise d'ouvrage de l'Institut Agro Montpellier.Le montant prévisionnel des travaux est estimé à 11 930 000 euros HT. L'opération est inscrite dans le cadre du Contrat de Plan État-Région (CPER) 2021-2027 et de l'Opération Campus et reçoit le soutien financier du MAASA, de la Région Occitanie Pyrénées Méditerrannée, de la Métropole de Montpellier et de l'INRAE.Elle consiste en la réalisation d'un bâtiment neuf d'environ 4 150 m² de surface de plancher (environ 3 080 m² de surface utile), destiné à regrouper les activités d'enseignement du pôle Vigne & Vin et de recherche de l'UMR Sciences pour l'œnologie, tout en accueillant les professionnels et partenaires de la filière vitivinicole. Le bâtiment comprendra notamment des espaces partagés et événementiels, des locaux d'enseignement, des laboratoires de recherche spécialisés, des espaces tertiaires, ainsi que des locaux logistiques et techniques. Le futur équipement, à vocation d'enseignement supérieur et de recherche, sera soumis aux dispositions du Code du travail ainsi qu'à la réglementation applicable aux établissements recevant du public (ERP). Le présent marché est passé avec un niveau de rendu des offres fixé au stade Esquisse (ESQ). Une description détaillée de l'opération figure dans le document « Synthèse programme ». Le marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre comprend les missions de bases (ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, DCE/ACT, DET, VISA, AOR/GPA) et complémentaires (SYN et Démarche /mission coût global).La mission d'OPC est prévue en prestation supplémentairé éventuelle .
