Les prestations concernent des courses de taxis en France métropolitaine 24h sur 24, 7 jours sur 7 avec un système de réservation sécurisé selon 3 modes (application mobile, site internet et standard téléphonique) Le système de réservation devra garantir l'anonymisation des passagers et du CEA. A titre indicatif, le volume des courses, estimé à environ 10 000 courses par an, est réalisé pour 85% en région parisienne (départements 75, 77, 78,91, 92, 93, 94 et 95) et en "région parisienne élargie" (dans un rayon de 50 kms maximum du CEA/DIF) et 15 % dans les autres régions (notamment la Nouvelle Aquitaine,la Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur, la Bourgogne Franche Comté, la Bretagne). Ces estimations ne saurait engager le CEA. Le marché se décompose comme suit : - Option 1 : une phase préparatoire d'1 mois (levée à la date de notification du marché, le cas échéant), - une phase d'exécution composée d'une tranche ferme de 36 mois (à compter de la réunion d'enclenchement du marché ou en cas de levée de la part optionnelle 1, à l'issue de la phase préparatoire) et d'une option de prolongation 11 mois maximum à l'échéance de la tranche ferme (Option 2). La levée de la tranche optionnelle pourra être notifiée partiellement.
