Le présent marché a pour objet les travaux courants sur les réseaux d'éclairage et réseaux secs divers. La consultation donnera lieu à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents comme prévu aux articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-7 à R2162-12 du code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre à marchés subséquents est mono-attributaire. Le montant maximum annuel de l'accord-cadre à marchés subséquents est fixé à 1 000 000 euros H.T. Il n'est pas prévu de montant minimum. Les marchés subséquents conclus sur la base du présent accord-cadre seront traités à prix forfaitaire appliqués aux prestations réellement exécutées (dont le libellé sera détaillé au moment de chaque marché subséquent).
