La présente consultation a pour objet l'entretien des espaces extérieurs du patrimoine géré par GRANDLYON HABITAT. Il s'agit d'un marché de forme ordinaire. Il est alloti selon 10 lots géographiques appelés "secteurs". Chaque secteur est composé de plusieurs groupes d'habitation dont la liste est, pour chacun des lots, annexée au CCTP. Il sera attribué un marché à prix global et forfaitaire révisable, par lot confié à une entreprise unique ou un groupement. En cas de candidature groupée, le mandataire du groupement sera obligatoirement solidaire de chacun des membres du groupement
