L'accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de rénovation et de réhabilitation du patrimoine immobilier et foncier des acheteurs utilisateurs de la Centrale d'achat. Le présent accord-cadre est multi-attributaires (jusqu'à 3 attributaires par lots). Il combine les 2 formes distinguées par l'article R. 2162-2 du code de la commande publique. Pour tous les lots, l'acheteur exécute l'accord-cadre par des bons de commande et/ou des marchés subséquents pour les prestations qui ne seraient pas satisfaites par les bons. L'accord-cadre est divisé en 28 lots techniques (14 lots de prestations intellectuelles, 13 lots travaux, 1 lot de Fourniture et Services). Chacun des 14 lots techniques de « prestations intellectuelles » et le lot de « Fourniture et Services » est divisé en 18 lots géographiques régionaux.
