Le présent accord-cadre à bons de commande a pour objet la réalisation de prestations d'audit financier, comptable, contractuel et opérationnel portant sur l'exécution du contrat d'exploitation confié à la RATP. Le présent accord-cadre, mono-attributaire et à bons de commande, a pour objet la réalisation de prestations d'audit financier, comptable, contractuel et opérationnel portant sur l'exécution du contrat d'exploitation confié à la RATP. Les bons de commande seront notifiés par l'acheteur au fur et à mesure de ses besoins et seront exécutés dans les conditions fixées à l'article R. 216213 et R. 216214 du code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 2 200 000Euros HT par période contractuelle de vingt-quatre (24) mois, il est reconductible une (1) fois pour une nouvelle période de 24 mois.
