Le présent avis vise à mettre en place un accord-cadre à commandes, mono-attributaire, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 1 000 000 €, portant sur une prestation d’accompagnement de mesure de l’engagement Groupe RATP. L'objectif global de l'enquête est de : • Mesurer et identifier les facteurs d’engagement, de qualité de vie et conditions de travail (QVCT) et éventuellement de risques psychosociaux (RPS) • Corréler, quand cela est possible, ces différents facteurs. • Comprendre les motivations profondes qui sous-tendent l'engagement des collaborateurs et qui contribuent à leur QVCT ou influent sur les RPS. • Identifier des leviers d’action • Définir des plans d’action transverses et locaux à court et moyen terme pour favoriser un dialogue et des améliorations dans les collectifs de travail Le périmètre de la mesure de l’engagement concerne toutes les entités du Groupe : Directions, Business Units et filiales de rang 1 et 2 (Hormis RATP DEV).
