Le présent accord-cadre multi-attributaire a pour objet l'exécution de prestations de nettoyage spécialisé, désinfection, décontamination et remise en état des locaux et logements relevant de l'OPAC de l'Oise, à la suite d'événements sensibles : décès, insalubrité/Diogène, expulsions, incendies, dégâts des eaux, dégradations ou risques sanitaires. Le présent accord-cadre par émission de bons de commande s'appliquent à la réalisation de ces missions sur l'intégralité du patrimoine de l'OPAC de l'Oise. Ces prestations pourront concerner du patrimoine locatif, tertiaire, en copropriété, individuel, collectif, foyer-résidence et/ou établissement recevant du public (ERP), locaux commerciaux. Cet accord-cadre s'exécutant au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande, le Client a recours à un accord-cadre multi-attributaire par émission de bons de commande avec 2 titulaires par lot, conformément aux dispositions des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la Commande Publique. Ces prestations font l'objet de 2 lots : - Lot n°1 : Secteur Nord - Agences de Beauvais, Clermont et Compiègne - Lot n°2 : Secteur Sud - Agences de Méru et Pont Sainte Maxence Les prestations seront exécutées sur du patrimoine localisé dans le département de l'Oise et éventuellement dans les départements limitrophes
