This tender concerns a framework agreement for construction insurance covering all-risk site cover, latent defects insurance, non-executing contractor liability, collective ten-year liability, defects after reception as developer, and client liability. The maximum value is €2,000,000 HT over the entire contract period.

Suppliers must be authorized insurance providers capable of underwriting multi-coverage construction insurance policies. They should demonstrate experience with framework agreements and collective liability products in France.

Insurance companies or brokers licensed to operate construction insurance in France should bid. Applicants must hold relevant regulatory approvals for all coverage types specified.
