Il lui sera confié un accord-cadre portant sur l'ensemble du périmètre de la concession d'aménagement dont est titulaire la SPL Lyon Confluence. Ce dernier recouvre la ZAC Lyon Confluence 2ème phase, et le quartier historique Perrache Sainte-Blandine. Il est envisagé de confier au lauréat les missions suivantes : - des missions d'accompagnement de l'aménageur dans la conduite générale du projet (contribution à des ateliers, mise à jour du plan masse, appui au phasage de l'opération, évolution du PLUH...), - des missions d'accompagnement des projets de construction (étude de capacité d'îlot, élaboration de fiches de lot, analyse d'offres, suivi général de projets de construction, mission d'architecte conseil…)
