La consultation a pour objet la passation d’un Marché Global de Performance (MGP) visant à la réalisation de prestations d'amélioration des performances énergétiques concernant 67 collèges du Département de Seine-et-Marne. Conformément à l'article L 2171-3 du Code de la commande publique, le MGP associera des prestations de conception, réalisation, exploitation et maintenance afin de remplir des objectifs chiffrés de performance.
