Opération de réhabilitation complète du bâtiment de bureaux du siège du Service National D’Ingénierie Aéroportuaire (SNIA) de la Direction Générale de l’Aviation Civile (DGAC), situé au 82 rue des Pyrénées 75020 Paris. Le bâtiment est à considérer comme établissement recevant des travailleurs (ERT) à plus de 8m de haut pour le dernier plancher au sens de l’article R4211-2 du Code du Travail. La réhabilitation du bâtiment a pour objectif de : • rendre le bâtiment accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite, • améliorer le performance énergétique du bâtiment et du confort d’été, • pérenniser et valoriser le patrimoine bâti, • optimiser les surfaces du bâtiment pour passer de 104 à 200 agents (avec mise en place de flex-office au taux de 0,8), • réaménager et moderniser les espaces de travail.
