Le présent marché a pour objet le développement d’un schéma de procédé (process flow) de fabrication micro-électronique pour la production en masse (à échelle industrielle) de puces ou micro-circuits à atomes froids. Le marché s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet européen Q-PLANET et prend comme point de départ un procédé complet développé par le LTE, mis à disposition du Titulaire afin de réduire les coûts de développement.
